Warranty & Free Replacement
Every OxiLeash includes a 1-year limited hardware warranty. If anything breaks through normal use, we'll send a free replacement.

What the 1-year warranty covers
From the date of delivery, the OxiLeash tracker is covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects under normal use. If the hardware fails through no fault of yours, we'll send a free replacement.
- Defective sensors (PPG, contact pads, accelerometer)
- Defective battery (loses more than 30% capacity in year one)
- Defective GPS or cellular radio
- Defective USB-C port
- Malfunctioning LED or power button
- App connectivity bugs traceable to hardware
What the warranty doesn't cover
- Damage from chewing
- Water damage beyond IP67 (deep submersion, hot tubs, dishwashers)
- Lost or stolen trackers
- Damage from modification, opening the case, or third-party repair
- Cosmetic wear (scratches, scuffs)
- Normal aging of the nylon collar
How free replacement works
Email warranty@oxileash.com with your order number and a short note on what's wrong. We reply within 1 business day and ship a replacement direct — no need to return the broken one unless we ask.
Out of warranty?
If your tracker is past 1 year, lost, or damaged outside warranty coverage, replacement is available at $59 (about 25% off retail). Just email support.
