Shipping

All OxiLeash orders ship from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. We dispatch within 1 business day of order confirmation. Tracking number is emailed when your parcel leaves the warehouse.

  • Standard worldwide air shipping — typically 7–14 business days, free on all orders
  • Expedited (DHL / FedEx Express) — 3–6 business days, $14.99
  • Dispatch from Shenzhen within 1 business day
  • Tracking number emailed at dispatch
  • Import duties and taxes (if any) calculated at checkout for transparency

30-Day Money Back

Try OxiLeash with your dog for up to 30 days. If you're not happy for any reason, return it for a full refund of the hardware price. Subscription fees for time actually used are non-refundable.

  • Email support@oxileash.com to start a return — we'll send the Shenzhen return address
  • Returns ship back to our Shenzhen warehouse — return postage is your responsibility
  • Use a tracked service and email the tracking number to support
  • Refund issued within 5 business days of warehouse receipt
  • Original packaging not required, but appreciated

1-Year Warranty

Every OxiLeash comes with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If the hardware stops working through normal use, we'll send a free replacement — no need to return the broken one.
