Why a subscription?
Your OxiLeash has a SIM inside.
OxiLeash uses a cellular SIM — like your phone — to send live location and vitals from anywhere. The subscription pays for the cellular network, cloud data storage, app updates and 24/7 support.
Without a plan, your tracker can't talk to your phone.
Free replacement
If your tracker breaks, we'll send a new one.
Hardware defects during your 1-year warranty period are covered — we ship a free replacement, no questions asked.

When does my plan start?
The moment you activate the tracker in the OxiLeash app. Not the day you buy it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You'll keep service through the end of your billing period. Auto-renew can be turned off at any time.
Can I upgrade from monthly to a longer plan?
Yes — change plans anytime in-app. Credit for unused time on your current plan is applied automatically.
What happens at the end of the 2-year term?
Your plan auto-renews at the same price unless you cancel or change it.
Do I need a separate plan for each dog?
Yes — each tracker has its own SIM and needs its own plan. Multi-tracker discounts coming soon.
Does insurance reimburse my plan?
Some US pet insurance policies cover smart collar subscriptions. Check with your provider.
