I just got my OxiLeash — how do I activate it?
Open the OxiLeash app, scan the QR code on the box, pick a plan, and your tracker is live in under 60 seconds.
My tracker isn't connecting to GPS — what do I do?
1) Make sure the tracker is charged. 2) Take it outside (cellular networks need open sky on first activation). 3) Wait 60–120 seconds for first lock. If still nothing, email support — we'll send a replacement.
How do I pause my subscription if I'm traveling?
In the OxiLeash app: Account → Plan → Pause. You can pause up to 60 days per year at no charge.
My tracker stopped working — what now?
If the hardware fails within the 1-year warranty period, email warranty@oxileash.com with your order number — we'll ship a free replacement, no need to return the broken one.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — anytime in-app. You'll keep service through the end of the billing period.
